He was booted from his own room and the man was sub-letting Adrian's property to strangers.
After six trips to court, Queensland's administrative tribunal gave Adrian's unwelcome guests two weeks to vacate his property or be thrown out by police.
But despite the win, Adrian has a massive clean up ahead of him.
