A Current Affair first met Jack Hall and Brandon Crocker last year when they launched KD Community, the first all-male disability provider.

KD Community has since expanded to Melbourne and Sydney, before signing on as the major sponsor for the Sydney Roosters Physical Disability Rugby League (PDRL) team.

"They've never had a sponsor of a team before so we're the first to do it," Jack said.

"They didn't have jerseys. They didn't have their game day polos... it's just really cool."

The partnership has seen the Roosters PDRL squad ditch their old hand-me-down uniforms for brand new jerseys.

"It's just a beautiful community and very welcoming," Brandon said.

"I'd love to see some more providers or just any companies in general get amongst it and sponsor these guys."
