Peter defies the odds to become our longest-surviving MND warrior

Motor neurone disease is a devastating diagnosis that usually leaves families with just a few short years together but Peter Ruddock has spent the last 34 years defying the odds. 

At 85 years old, he is officially Australia’s longest-surviving MND warrior. 

He’s outlived every single doctor’s prediction.

His extraordinary survival has made him a beacon of hope for so many, including his late friend and FightMND champion Neale Daniher.
