Retiring handyman claims tenant left rental property in ruins

A Melbourne handyman had plans to sell his investment property and retire but after giving his tenant 90 days to vacate he claims she left it in ruins.
Kevin Martin, 55, said he found the dishwasher packed with dirty dishes, laundry and clothes in piles, rotting furniture in the lounge room and what looked like blood splattered on the walls.

He claims that is not the worst of it and he thinks "this house needs to be pulled down".
