Fraudster who scammed ex-lover's shocking on-camera confession

David Prince-Popovich is one charming guy.

It's how he's managed to trick and manipulate his ex-lover into handing him $130,000 with a false bank document and an empty promise of repayment.

In a rare move, in front of our cameras, the convicted fraudster admitted he has narcissistic and sociopathic "tendencies" and wants to change.
