Duds afloat

It can take months to plan the perfect hen’s night, but just seconds for it to be ruined.

That’s what happened to these brides who say they’re owed thousands of dollars for bachelorette parties cancelled at the last minute.

NSW Fair Trading generally does not provide statistical information on individual traders or products, however the Fair Trading Complaints Register does provide information about businesses that are the subject of 10 or more complaints to Fair Trading in a calendar month.

NSW Fair Trading advises customers who are unable to resolve their issues with Studs Afloat to lodge a written complaint with NSW Fair Trading at www.fairtrading.nsw.gov.au.

Customers who have paid by credit or debit card should contact their credit provider and make enquiries about applying for a credit card chargeback.
