Clarification - RW Capital

We wish to clarify that there is no suggestion of any wrongdoing on the part of RW Capital, Dan White, Brian White and Sam White, in respect of the Development or RW Capital's involvement with any of the purchasers of the land within the Development.

We confirm RW Capital's involvement in the project was limited to arranging finance for the Development.
