Film critics weigh up the best Christmas films of all time

Hitting the couch to watch that favourite Christmas flick is an irreplaceable festive tradition.

In fact, Christmas movies have been around since 1898, when a one minute and 16 second filmed called Santa Claus was made in the UK.
