Aussie mayor's radical plan to fix housing crisis

It's confronting and heartbreaking, but homelessness is alarmingly becoming normalised as Australia's housing crisis worsens.
It's something Peter Flannery, the mayor of Queensland's Moreton Bay Council just north of Brisbane, wants to fix.

"It really pulls your heartstrings," he said.
"I think we have to do something to try and address this crisis."
