You might have noticed a lot of commercials on TV lately, spruiking what mining means to Australia.

The Industry is squaring up to the Albanese Government over a number of issues - and things could get ugly in the lead up to next year's Federal Election.

Minerals Council of Australia chief executive Tania Constable claimed "a range of draconian policies" put into place by the government is having a major impact on the industry.
