"I know it exists, but it's just not existing in the right place," Kalinan told A Current Affair.
Kalinin was told on New Year's Day that he had won a souped-up Nissan Patrol in an online raffle.
The competition is run by Steven Etcell from AE Off Road, a Sydney based four wheel drive conversion specialist.

A Current Affair paid Etcell a visit at his workshop to ask about the delay behind delivering the prize.
"Dude, your car is right here," Etcell told A Current Affair, pointing to a second hand Nissan Patrol parked outside in his yard.
Etcell said a personal health issue had delayed him carrying out modifications to the car that Kalinin requested and is willing to pay for.
"Paul will definitely get his car," Etcell told A Current Affair.
