As Liam Bartlett discovered, these days Frank's a good guy, but there are plenty of others vying to be the trickiest of tricksters. It's nothing to be proud of but topping the list is Australian Paul Carter, whose scamming ways, especially with well-to-do women, make him a real scumbag.
