General Sam Kaouna is one of the leading contenders to become the first ever president of Bougainville. But in an extended interview with 60 Minutes reporter Liam Bartlett, General Kaouna says he is open to alliances with all countries, including China, despite concerns over the communist superpowers influence and interest in the region.
