For anyone who has ever dreamed of having superhero powers, of strapping rockets to their back, blasting off and soaring through the air, the wait is over. It's all thanks to a real-life Iron Man, an Australian of course, who has spent the last 15 years developing an extraordinary jet-powered backpack. In his quest to fly high David Mayman has endured plenty of painful lows, but now says his incredible machine is just about perfect. And that includes being safe enough for almost anyone to fly. On assignment for 60 MINUTES, Nine News correspondent Amelia Adams takes an adrenaline-fuelled test-flight into the future.
