Nicole McLean lost her arm in the 2002 Bali bombings, despite the valiant efforts of Royal Australian Air Force Dr Steve Cook who treated her on the airport tarmac in Bali. Nearly two decades after they last saw each other, they were reunited in a special moment on 60 Minutes.
