Jana Wendt’s most memorable 60 Minutes story

In 1986 Jana Wendt filed the ‘Double Decker Nightmare’ – a report on a bus tour through Europe that had gone terribly wrong. Eight middle-aged Australians had been promised a 50 week dream tour through Europe in a double decker bus, but the “tour operators” soon became abusive. Jana says to this day, after 40 years on 60 Minutes, it stands out as one of her most memorable stories.
