Cast of Celebrity Apprentice promises comedy, calamity and cash for charity

Filming has begun on season four of Celebrity Apprentice, with this year's cast made up of some of Australia's favourite stars, as well as some personalities that are sure to raise a few eyebrows.

Mark Bouris is back in the board room to inform the stars each week whether they have been successful in raising money for their chosen charities, or if they have been fired.

The Yellow Brick Road Chairman has two new advisors for the new season, CEO and founder of ModelCo, Shelley Barrett, and much-loved television host Kerri-Anne Kennerley.

The two leading ladies will act as Mr Bouris' eyes and ears as the two teams set out on weekly challenges.

Making up those teams will be Home and Away actress Esther Anderson, NRL star Matt Cooper, Big Brother winner Tim Dormer, The Bachelor's Blake Garvey, radio DJ Mel Greig, eccentric businessman Geoffrey Edelsten and his new wife Gabi Grecko, Melbourne barrister and Real Housewife Gina Liano, Miss Universe Australia's Tegan Martin, TV presenter James Mathison, singer, actor and radio DJ Sophie Monk, and Hollywood gossip guru Richard Reid.

While the idea of the show is to raise money for charity through challenges of a business nature, the by-product of having such a large melting pot of celebrities from different backgrounds is mainly conflict and comedy.

Contact lists will only get the celebrities so far, so it is anybody's guess who will be the winner and who will be the first to be told "you're fired".
